    You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to submit the content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

  2. Consent to Use and Publication
    You grant Lilli's Light Non-Profit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and adapt the Submitted Content for purposes consistent with our nonprofit mission, including but not limited to:

    • Website publication

    • Educational materials

    • Awareness campaigns

    • Social media and digital platforms

    • Community memorials and advocacy efforts

  3. Public Visibility
    You understand that Submitted Content designated for public sharing may be viewed by others and may be shared across platforms aligned with our mission. Once published, content may be accessed, copied, or shared by third parties outside of our control.

Lilli's Light Non-Profit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, edit, format, redact, summarize, or decline to push publication Submitted Content in whole or in part for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring suitability for a general audience;

  • Protecting the privacy, dignity, and safety of individuals referenced; 

  • Removing graphic, explicit, defamatory, or potentially harmful material;

  • Complying with legal, ethical, or platform requirements;

The Organization does not store full payment card information.

Lilli's Light Non-Profit complies with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) and its implementing regulations. We do not knowingly collect, use, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. A. Story Submissions Involving Minors

Stories, memorials, or tributes that reference or involve minors may be submitted only by a parent, legal guardian, or an individual with legal authority to do so.

By submitting content that includes information about a minor, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the legal authority to share the information;

  • The submission is truthful, accurate, and shared in the best interest of the minor;

The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, anonymize, edit, or decline to publish content involving minors to protect their privacy and safety. The Organization may require additional verification of parental consent prior to publishing any content involving a child.

Where permitted by law, individuals between the ages of 13 and 17 may engage with general educational content on our website. However, they may not independently submit personal stories, memorials, or personal information without the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

In accordance with COPPA, parents or legal guardians have the right to:
